With over fourteen years’ executive level leadership experience in the not-for-profit industry, Rowan brings extensive business and leadership knowledge.
Rowan has led several not-for-profit organisations through cultural change, business and staff development programs throughout Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Rowan brings a depth of understanding and skill for positive cultural change, which has facilitated team growth and expansion across staff and volunteer programs where ever he has led.
Having served as a campus pastor, church planter and church business manager, Rowan has a strong understanding and passion for the church and seeing local churches thrive in their communities.

Rowan is a visionary leader with strong strategic planning skills and experience. He specialises in change management and team development, with a focus on leadership development and discipleship.
Having managed not-for-profit organisations with annual turnovers of between $1 to $16 million dollars, led national volunteer teams of over 5000+ people each year, as well as served as a business manager for many years, Rowan understands the challenges of leading teams to growth and success. During his time in the not-for-profit industry and ministry leadership he has developed a strong understanding of the complexities of the not-for-profit legislation and anti-discrimination laws.
Rowan holds a Masters Degree majoring in Leadership Development, with further post-graduate studies in Marketing and Business Administration. Rowan also holds a Certificate in Ministry which he gained during his time as a campus pastor.
