Leila has over ten years experience in end-to-end recruitment, both as an internal recruitment consultant for the Westpac Group, and as a National Field Manager for a global not-for-profit organisation, Leila brings extensive recruitment and people leadership experience. Having managed small to medium sized teams, Leila has a proven track record of driving organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

Leila’s Skills
Leila specialises in recruitment and has successfully recruited leaders, administrative support and service providers across Australia and New Zealand, for both the not-for-profit sector and the banking and finance sector.
As a National Manager for an international not-for-profit, Leila brings strong leadership experience and understanding, having oversighted the Volunteer Relations department and provided leadership to a team of state and regional leaders across Australia and New Zealand. With strong mentoring and training experience, Leila helped facilitate cultural change and organisational effectiveness across the teams she has led.
As Leila has led several large staff and volunteer teams through out her career, she has developed extensive experience in HR policy, staff and volunteer management systems. In addition, Leila holds several qualifications, including a diploma in counselling and post graduate qualifications in leadership. Coupled with her experience in crisis counselling, Leila brings empathy, understanding and strong communication skills, enabling her to skilfully support conflict situations and bring about healthy resolutions.
